Processing Time Orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via Australia Post. Delivery times vary by location:

• Australian metro areas: [3-5] business days
• Australian regional areas: [5-7] business days
• International shipping: [7-21] business days depending on destination

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. 

Tracking All orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
